Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at our prestigious 5-star boutique hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, managing a team of front desk staff, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient front of house environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to ensure high levels of customer service and efficiency.
- Develop and implement front of house policies and procedures to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain front desk inventory and supplies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Front of House Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of hotel booking and management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
