Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at our prestigious 5-star boutique hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, managing a team of front desk staff, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient front of house environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries.
  • Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to ensure high levels of customer service and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement front of house policies and procedures to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain front desk inventory and supplies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Front of House Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of hotel booking and management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
